Prelaunch privacy notice.
This notice covers the public NoBS Remote website and the current email-only Founding Pilot intake. It does not describe a remote-access service, account platform, payment system, or customer product because those are not available.
Current operator and contact
NoBS Remote is a HALDN product initiative led by Mike Holton, HALDN co-founder and principal. A formal accountable legal operator will be identified before structured pilot data collection or commerce begins.

Information handled today
- Information you email: your contact details and whatever pilot, product, deployment, or business information you choose to include.
- Normal website request data: hosting and security providers may process IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, security signals, and similar technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.
- Aggregate website measurement: the site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. No advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or session replay are intended.
The site does not currently provide an application form, account, checkout, payment processing, download telemetry, or remote session. It does not intentionally set marketing cookies.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, respond to messages, assess potential Founding Pilot fit, understand product requirements, investigate abuse or security issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where information goes
Website delivery and security involve Cloudflare and the configured IIS hosting environment. Email sent to the published address is handled through Google Workspace and routed to the authorized project mailbox. These providers process information under their own service and data-protection terms.
NoBS Remote does not sell personal information. It does not currently share pilot details with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Prelaunch correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, assess pilot fit, maintain project records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. A more specific retention schedule will be published before structured pilot intake begins.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the contact above. A request may require reasonable identity verification. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, record integrity, or law.
International processing and minors
Internet and email providers may process information in more than one jurisdiction. Region, residency, and transfer commitments for the future product have not yet been published.
The pilot is intended for adults acting for themselves or an organization. Do not submit information about a child or another vulnerable person.
Future product data
Before NoBS Remote introduces a structured pilot form, accounts, downloads, remote sessions, or payments, this notice will be updated to identify the accountable operator, collected fields, purposes, providers, retention, rights, and deployment-specific responsibilities. Material changes will carry a new effective date.
