These terms cover this informational website and current email contact. They are not product-service, license, pilot-participation, support, uptime, privacy, or commercial terms for remote-access software.
Current status
NoBS Remote is a prelaunch HALDN product initiative. The website does not sell a product, accept payment, create a software account, issue a license, or provide working remote screen viewing or control.
Roadmaps, architecture direction, pricing principles, planned deployment choices, and milestone descriptions are statements of present intent. They may change as implementation, security review, testing, law, provider constraints, and customer evidence develop.
Permitted website use
You may view and share links to the public site for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, scrape at a disruptive rate, or use the site to harm another person or system.
Security research is not broadly authorized by these terms. Follow the responsible disclosure guidance and obtain written authorization before testing beyond ordinary, low-impact observation of a public surface.
Founding Pilot contact
An application is a request to be considered. It does not guarantee selection, access, timing, features, support, compensation, confidentiality, exclusivity, or a future commercial relationship. Any testable pilot access will require separate written scope, data, acceptable-use, confidentiality, security, and support terms before access begins.
Do not submit third-party confidential information, regulated data, credentials, customer records, or material you are not authorized to share.
Content and availability
The site is provided on an as-available informational basis. Reasonable effort is made to keep product-status statements accurate, but uninterrupted availability, completeness, suitability, and error-free operation are not promised. Verify material decisions with current written product and commercial terms once those exist.
External links are provided for context. NoBS Remote does not control the linked services or adopt their content, availability, privacy, or terms.

NoBS Remote names, original graphics, written material, and product concepts may not be presented as your own or used to imply sponsorship or endorsement. Fair reference, commentary, and linking remain subject to applicable law.

Future legal terms
The accountable legal operator, governing law, service terms, privacy terms, acceptable-use policy, support commitments, and commercial terms will be identified and reviewed before structured pilot data or payment begins. These prelaunch terms do not silently establish those future obligations.
